Your request You asked for Analysis on the Kentex Slipper Factory Incident. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office is not the authorized agency to provide the information you have requested. The accident investigation / audit conducted in Kentex was spearheaded by the DOLE-National Capital Region. All information / findings gathered by OSHC in that investigation or audit were already forwarded to DOLE-NCR. You may wish to contact DOLE-NCR or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal.
