Hello po! I would like to ask OWWA assistance po regarding our situation here in our employer Saudi Emaar Furniture & Design. Name of Agency in Philippines Light & Hope Overseas Placement Agency address: Suite 105, Philtough Cargo Care Inc, 1240 Roxas Boulevard, Ermita, Maynila, 1000 Kalakhang Maynila, Philippines.
Note po 2 months na po delayed sahod namin kaya nag rrequest ako ng terminate ko contract at mag transfer ako ayaw ako bigyan ng release at pinagbabayad pa ako ng 10,000sar.
Na message ko na po ang agency sa Pinas ang reply lang po naipasa na daw po then ngaun seen na lang

Thank you for your request dated May 24, 2023 07:36:48 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch assistance to get salary which is delayed for 2 months.
Mr. Mendoza we hope that you and our kababayans are in a better position.
Foremost, may I correctly inform you that the eFOI portal is not an avenue to share private information. Therefore, what can be done is to provide you with procedures to follow.
Your problem must be reported to the Migrant Welfare Office (formerly POLO) at the Philippine Embassy at Riyadh, KSA. Use the Emails: mwo_riyadh@dmw.gov.ph or riyadh@owwa.gov.ph. Then, forward a copy to owwacares@owwa.gov.ph.
You may also call the OWWA hotline in the Philippines at 1348 or at Riyadh (00966) 502850944 and 570042744.
Please do not do anything that will result to the violation of immigration and labor laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Consult and inform the Philippine Embassy and seek assistance from the Migrant Workers Office (formerly POLO) before leaving your employer.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: foi_dm@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Hello po,
I have tried emailing DMW and OWWA pero wala pong nag rreply. 2 months po ako walang sahod kaya neither wala akong pang load kaya nag mmiskol ako sa hotline ng Migrant at Polo Riyadh but not of them are trying to call back.
Is this request offensive?
