Una po sa lahat and POEA ay ibang ahensya ng Gobyerno sa OWWA.  Hindi po kailanman sasaklawan ng anumang Ahensya ng Gobyerno  ang mandato ng iba.  

Do remember that if you have a case at the POEA Adjudication Unit, it means there are complaints, violation of laws/rules, or employment-related issues which have to be settled amicably by you with POEA,  

Moreover, the eFOI portal was never intended to issue private data and information to the public.   

OWWA which is mandated by law to provide welfare services to OFWs and their family can only give you advise on procedures and directions to facilitate your personal concern.  It is strongly suggested that you visit the website of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) to get the contact numbers and email addresses.  Communicate directly with the adjudication office of POEA.  You may also try forwarding your concern through email to the Office of the President's Presidential Complaint Center or the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Migrant Workers, Secretary Susan Ople.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: foi_dm@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.

However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
