Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 17, 2023 02:49:17 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for a change of the name of claimant of DOLE-AKAP Financial Assistance.

Ms. Derlie Mae Cabilan be correctly informed that the DOLE-AKAP Financial Assistance is a program by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) to assist OFWs affected by the global health pandemic, COVID-19. 

OWWA was involved in evaluating the qualification documents submitted by the OFW.  

It strongly advised that you address your concern with DOLE Regional or provincial office where you submitted your DOLE-AKAP application.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: foi_dm@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
