Dear Ms. Mary Ann Martires,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 29, 2023 09:16:10 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an online appointment for admission of your mother to the OFW Hospital.

Ms. Martires lilinawin po lamang natin.  Nais po ninyong kumuha ng admission para sa inyong ina na may sakit sa OFW Hospital sa Clark, San Fernando, Pampanga?  Kasi po ito ang pinakamalapit na OFW Hospital sa Cavite.

May mga iba po ay accredited clinic at hospital ng POEA at DOH sa Cavite at Manila at iba pa pong mga lugar para sa mga pre-departure requirements.

Mag-ingat po kayo at siguraduhin na tama ang pinagdadalhan niyo.  Magpatulong po sa satellite office ng OWWA sa may Imus City Hall , Office of the Governor sa General Trias o sa main office ng OWWA sa Pasay City.  

Hangad namin ang mabilis na paggaling ng inyong Inay.
