Dear Ms. Aileen Joy Biado,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 06, 2023 02:20:32 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for leakage of personal information(passport).

Ms. Biado the burden of proof of leakage of personal information indicated in your passport should be taken seriously.   OWWA as a matter of policy does not have any need of your passport except for verification  of your identity particularly in applying for benefits.  Otherwise, no need for the information printed at your passport (e.g. birthdate, birthplace, full name and expiration of passport).  Such information including your employment and travel data are jointly shared by government agencies mandated to assist OFWs.  

Is there a problem which involves your identity?   There is no  reason neither a legal basis for your insinuation that OWWA is sharing your personal information written in your passport unless there are legal disputes and OWWA is being ordered by courts to present information about you.
