Thank you for your request dated May 22, 2023 10:10:14 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for data on the income of Overseas Workers by Place of Origin in the Philippines (2022).

Ms. Amparo be correctly informed that OWWA is not allowed to share data of the income of OFWs without the approval of the source government agency.  

The information you need can be generated from the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) or the former Philippine Overseas Employment Office (POEA) and the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

OWWA advises that you visit these government agencies or access their websites.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: foi_dm@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
