You asked for ACPC loan program.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [some/most/all] of the information you requested.

We are currently implementing the SURE COVID-19 for individual borrowers, which offers Php25,000 at 0% interest to marginalized small farmers and fishers (MSFF) to continue operations amid the community quarantine. The Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) shall select and prioritize eligible borrowers who are most affected by the community quarantine and registered under the Registry System of Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA). Please coordinate with your MAO for the possibility of being included in the program. If not yet in the RSBSA, the MAO may also assist you to register.

1) Kapital Access for Young Agripreneurs (KAYA) Loan Program offers zero-interest loans for young agripreneurs’ startup enterprises. Borrowers must be 18 to 30 years old, and are graduates of either formal or non-formal agri-fishery related schooling (including training courses).

2) The Agri-Negosyo (ANYO) Loan Program offers loans for individual small farmers and fisherfolk (SFF), SFF organizations & associations/cooperatives, and agri-fishery micro and small enterprises (MSEs), including sole proprietors, partnerships, and corporations.
