You asked for Agri Loan Assistance Program.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested.

We would like to inform you that as an attached agency of the Department of Agriculture, our programs are for the production or working capital of farmers/fisherfolk/livestock/poultry raisers and agri-fishery micro/small enterprises. 

For working capital loans, please read the description of our programs below. If interested, you may sign up here: https://acpcaccess.ph/ .

1) Kapital Access for Young Agripreneurs (KAYA) Loan Program offers zero-interest loans for young agripreneurs’ startup enterprises. Borrowers must be 18 to 30 years old, and are graduates of either formal or non-formal agri-fishery related schooling (including training courses).

2) The Agri-Negosyo (ANYO) Loan Program offers loans for individual small farmers and fisherfolk (SFF), SFF organizations & associations/cooperatives, and agri-fishery micro and small enterprises (MSEs), including sole proprietors, partnerships, and corporations.

Please note that borrowers must be registered in the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) or the Farmers and Fisherfolk Enterprise Development Information System (FFEDIS). If not yet in the RSBSA, the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) may assist you to register. If not yet in the FFEDIS, the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office (DA-RFO) in your area may assist you to register.
