Im rholan gallano saingga and I want to. Ask if it is possible if i can get a duplicate of vaccine card i just lost my card now and i need it for my job  im fully vaccinated  i got my first dose in december 21 2021 and for my second dose is in january 1 2022 i git vaccine in kasigalahan primark brgy san jose Rodriguez montalban rizal i dont have a pic of my vaccine for my proof but im fully vaccinated
