Hi. I am Dennis Carlos, a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. And I would like to request your good office a copy of the recent sale of industrial lots in AFAB within the 5 year period from 2015 to present in the conduct of my profession. The data will be used as market comparables for me to arrive with an opinion of value using market approach of a certain vacant industrial lot property.
