Good day! I am an architecture student from FEU, and my thesis is focused on the DOST's proposed Virology Institute in NCC. Thus, I would like to request any data you may possibly share regarding the proposed VIP, specifically: 
[1] Data for the proposed site (location, pictures, analysis, TCT or tax declaration)
[2] Site feasibility study 
[3] Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance for New Clark City
[4] Most recent data on existing and planned transportation systems and facilities in NCC

Hello! My thesis is entitled "The VIP: A Proposed Virology Science and Technology
lnstitute of the Philippines", and attached is an endorsement letter from my university. I would like to add that my letter has been recieved by the BCDA main office when I visited last November 14, although my request for information has not been accomplished yet.

Is this request offensive?
