Hi, I would like to request the following for my architectural thesis:

1. New Clark City CLUP
2. New Clark City Master Development Plan
3. 2-3 Site that is suitable for my proposal: "Trading Center and Entertainment Complex" (5-20 hectares)
4. New Clark City Building Code

All the compiled files will only use for academic purposes.

Good morning.

For students' thesis or research requests thru FOI, BCDA usually grants these on the condition that the students will conduct their research within BCDA premises. This is due to the confidentiality of the documents commonly requested which cannot be sent via electronic mail.

In view of the current covid-19 pandemic, and the issuance of CHED's Advisory No. 7 s. 2020 which suspends face-to-face meetings for students, the BCDA FOI Committee hereby temporarily suspends the grant of research requests until further notice.

Rest assured that BCDA shall immediately lift this suspension once it has been determined by CHED and/or the IATF on Emerging Infectious Diseases that it is safe for students to conduct face-to-face meetings.
