Former Secretary of Finance Carlos Dominguez III has been quoted to claim that the Build Build Build program will have a high multiplier effect, create millions of jobs, and boost domestic consumption.

Mr. Sonny Africa has already asked the Department of Finance through this same platform for a study regarding this claim, but they have indicated in a reply that they do not have this study and referred them to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority. 

May we please have copies of the study/studies establishing BBB's multiplier and job creation effects?
