I am Adrian Maranan, a 4th year student of the University of Santo Tomas from the Faculty of Arts and Letters taking up Bachelor of Arts in History. I am currently a resident of Makati. I am working on my senior thesis entitled “Post-War Pateros: Rising from the Ashes of War and Entering the Realm of the Metropolis (1945-1975)”. I am humbly asking for your permission to send me data regarding the income and budget of Pateros from 1940 to 1975. I would also like to request the financial allocations of Pateros during the said years. The data I am requesting is of crucial importance to my thesis.
