You asked for Building height limit and other guidelines on land development near an airport.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. For Building Height Regulations near an airport, you may check these references:

1. Section 37 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9497
2. Section 707 of the IRR of National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP) 2005

For an official/formal request for Height Limitation, you will need to submit a Height Limitation application (with required documents) in order for CAAP to determine/compute the height limit at a specific location based on all standards established for the nearest Aerodrome.

Your right to request a review
