What are the findings of the incident with the Korean Air flight that shot over the runway?

Is this accident only connected to bad weather?

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested as the investigation is still ongoing and would require several processes before it is completed. We cannot speculate on the connection to bad weather as the investigation is still not finished.  Meanwhile, all passengers and crew on board were attended to by the airport ground personnel and medical team and no passenger or crew member required hospitalization.
