While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The new Clark City is under the Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone and is being managed by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA). You may contact these respective agencies regarding your request, or resubmit your request addressed to the BCDA on the eFOI portal at foi.gov.ph/requests/new?agency=BCDA.
