Hi, I would like to request for a list of all plantilla positions assigned for procurement. Further, I would like to know if these positions were all occupied (no vacancy) during 2019. 

These details will be used for my benchmarking of GOCC's procurement system

Your Request

You asked for List of plantilla positions assigned for procurement and whether they were all occupied in 2019.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclosed a copy of our exiting organization chart of the information you requested

As you can see, there is no position in our existing organization chart that is assigned specifically for procurement. 

Our Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat members are currently the ones performing said functions but only as part of an Ad Hoc Comittee.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Sec. RAUL L. LAMBINO, Administrator and Chief Executive Officer of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority with e-mail address admin.ceo@ceza.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
