Hi, this is in relation to CEZA's response in #CEZA-015772740495. 

Per reply, there is no position in our existing organization chart that is assigned specifically for procurement. The Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat members are currently the ones performing said functions but only as part of an Ad Hoc Comittee.

In line with this, may I ask the total number of BAC secretariat members performing the ad hoc functions of procurement during 2019?
