You asked for TABLE OF ORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD SECRETARIAT.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. The information you requested is as follows:

1) table of organization of the board secretariat including positions and salary grades

- board secretary vi - sg 25
- minutes/ agenda office b - sg 11
- administrative assistant iv (bookbinder iv) - sg 10
- administrative assistant ii (paper cutting machine operator) - sg 8

2) existing manpower complement of the secretariat including executive assistants for directors, if any, including other personnel detailed to the secretariat under contract of services, consultancy, etc.

- all existing positions are already filled-up
- 1 personnel from another division is detailed to said division

3) list of board committees and frequency of board and committee meetings

- list of board committees: (1) executive committee and (2) audit committee
- once a month for both committees and board meetings
