I am Ar. Eugene Pacio of Zamboecozone and Freeport Authority in Zamboanga City.

Just recently, our Board passed a resolution approving the dredging activities in a river within our area.
 
We derived the same taking into account CEZA Memorandum Circular No. 21-002: the adoption of DENR AO 2020-15.

May we ask for a copy of the Implementating Rules and Regulations for this, if there is any?

Also, to whom may we be referred to on this matter, so we can speak to the concerned official?

1) CEZA MC 21-002 does not have a partner implementing rules and regulations... this MC is already acting as such
