Good day Ma'am/Sir! I would like to request again for data regarding the Irene Port Redevelopment to further understand the project. The following are the ones I would like to know about:

1. Spaces required for the planned redevelopment of the Port
2. Lot bearings of the 8.39 hectares
3. Your specific guidelines for planning (if there are any)
4. Tourist Arrival Statistics of Cagayan (specifically in the Irene Port)

You asked for Irene Port Redevelopment Data.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved

1. The planned redevelopment of the Port Irene includes the whole area

2. Lot bearings of the 8.39 hectares will be dependent on the surveyor that will be commissioned by the contractor that will be in charge of the redevelopment of the Port Irene

3. CEZA's specific guidelines for planning of the Port Irene redevelopment is included in its Master Development Plan, Feasibility Studies and other such documents

4. There are no Tourist Arrivals in the Port Irene since it is purely a cargo Port for now and it caters only to Authorized CEZA locators and port users
