Hi!
 
I want to request the following:
 
1. GWA
2. Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal (Name is incorrect)
 
Colegio de San Lorenzo (Proj.8 Congressional Ave. Q.C) has permanently closed. I hope you can provide me with a copy of my GWA and Transfer Credentials. I’d also appreciate it if you could provide a Certificate of Closure as stated in the email that I received.
