Hello Maam/Sir!

I would just like to know what would be the process if my school is closed already and no one will certify my Diploma and TOR as Certified True Copy and no one will give me an endorsement letter. I graduated from Montessori Professional College- Batch 2010.
I have with me my original Diploma and TOR w/ BIR stamp way back 2010.
I really need to process my CAV for CHED and for DFA Apostille also. What can I do? I really need your help on how to process my CAV since I really need it as one of the requirements for my residency visa.
