I am currently an OFW and now applying a Transfer of ownership of a property in Palawan.
Please see below details of the property:

Land owner: Honesto Francisco Almonte III (Deceased)
Location: Sta. Monica Puerto Princesa City, 
Geodetic Engineer: Mariano Maglines (Deceased)

We are currently based outside Philippines, and it would take two months to process/ send an SPA to a representative and go there in your office personally.
