I would like to request  a pdf (soft-copy) of the Environmental Impact Assessment of the Land Development in Bulacan Province for the Bulacan International Airport.  It was prepared by Philkarios, Incorporated for Silvertides Holdings Corporations.   The results were presented to a few stakeholders in February 2020.
