Hi Ma'am/Sir, I would like to ask what is a specific violation and penalty for: 

1. Making a garbage collection inside a subdivision compound. (The said lot is considered as residential and the seller just decided to turn it to be his collection site for his commercial waste and garbage after he built a beach front resort)

2. The 800sqm as a residential lot was fenced and turned to be a a storage for the land sellers commercial waste. 

3. Seller or land owner is filipino married to a foreigner but the foreigner is the head of all the plannings and implementation of the garbage and waste. Th
