LGU Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay is requesting for the exclusion from mining area the fifteen- (15) hectares parcels of land declared with Tax Declaration No. 3036 wherein five- (5) hectares of the said fifteen- (15) hectares parcel of land was donated by the owner, 
 to the LGU for the construction of one hundred fifty (150) units of
housing project funded by the NHA for the New People’s Army (NPA) surrenderees and the homeless indigenous people (IPs) of the Municipality of Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay.
