Good day Ma'am/Sir!

Hi. I am hoping that you may have the records for the ff.:

1) number of claims under Contingent Liability and Rehabilitation Fund for compensable damages on mining incidents, pending or completed. I would also like to ask if you have a illustrative process of claiming compensation under the current system.

2) list of mercury-related mining incidents in the Philippines.

Thank you. Let us be safe. Hoping for a positive response.
