I am writing to request the following documents/information from the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR):

1) Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) obtained by Silvertides Holdings Corp in June 2019 for the Land Reclamation project in Manila Bay

2) The corresponding Environmental Impact Statement for the Land Reclamation project in Manila Bay
