I am writing in behalf of my wife's auntie Mrs. Visitacion Pioquid a senior citizen from Olongapo City to follow-up on response on DENR Case No. 9101.

On 11/26/2014, the legal counsel of Mr & Mrs Pioquid submitted an Ex-Parte Manifestation to the DENR Central Office. Unfortunately up until the legal counsel's death on 07/30/2019, Mr & Mrs. Pioquid failed to receive a resolution from the DENR Central Office.

I personally escorted Mrs. Pioquid last 08/09/2019 but we were informed that the same is still pending review by the Office of USec on Legal Affairs.
