Waste-to-Energy Facility and EPC contractors

Requested from DENR by L. Kusuhara at 10:58 AM on Nov 18, 2021.
Purpose: Research and Future Reference
Date of Coverage: 11/18/2002 - 11/18/2021
Tracking no: #DENR-675427372220

Kusuhara 10:58 AM, Nov 18, 2021

Good day!

Following the April 2002 ruling of SC regarding the clarification on the ban of incineration (MMDA vs JANCOM), were there any waste-to-energy or incineration projects approved and operating in the country?

I would also like to request information on local and international EPC companies with ongoing and past projects related to incineration/waste-to-energy solutions.
