Hi would like to ask if would be abel to check if this property is legally registered to LRA? They only provided us a copy of the DENR certification that the land has no Public Land Application. Im not sure what that means but we really want to check any info since they are developing the lot for a subdivision.

Lot 2254, MCad 585, Module 2, Case 2, Lungsod Silangan Cadastre.
Lot owner is Leonardo M. Real
Location is in Brgy San Jose, Antipolo City

Thank you so much
