Greetings,
For our thesis titled "Emergency Communications Framework For The City of Baguio Using RoIP and VoIP", I would like to request Operational and Technical Papers of the DICT's Free WiFi Project ask some questions regarding the infrastructure built for the project.
The questions i would like to primarily ask is:
1. Does or Will the DICT manage the infrastructure and system built for the project?
2. Is the Free WiFi Infrastructure interconnected together or only connected to an ISP?
3. Is it possible for Public Safety agencies to use the Infrastructure for Emergency Communication?
