Hello officer,

I have been trying my best to find out information on how I can contact the municipal/city mayors in our country, without success. We are conducting a DOH study and we hope you could help us find out if there is a database of contact numbers (landline or cellphone number) and email addresses of all municipalities/cities.

Thank you so much for your help!
