Good morning! I would like to receive information regarding the following:

1. Total number of establishments which submitted ESTABLISHMENT REPORT ON COVID-19.

2. Break down of establishments and displaced workers due to PERMANENT CLOSURE; REDUCTION OF WORKERS; and or FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENT.

DOLE - Central Visayas reported this on their LMI but I did not see one for the entire country. Please provide. Thank you
