I, Anica Pollyn B. Villanueva, an architecture student from Mapua University and currently taking up Architectural Thesis, would like to request your assistance for my data gathering. The said data will be used in my research proposal entitled “Optimization of thermal and air quality comfort in office buildings through sustainable design strategies”.

I would like to request for information/knowledge about the following:
•	Employment rate of IT-BPO employees (2014 to 2019)
•	Current number of employees in the BPO industry
•	Distribution of employment for BPO activities
