Hi, just wanted to ask if this DOLE labor inspection checklist on the bwc.dole website is the most updated one?

Also, is the following document the latest rules on enforcing the labor code?

If they are not the latest, may I have a copy of the latest checklist, as well as enforcing rules?

Thank you!
