Your Request

You asked for Chinese and Taiwanese employeed in the Philippines.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. Attached is the summary table of foreign individuals that were issued Alien Employment Permit (AEP) by DOLE from year 2012 to 2018. For the businesses owned by Chinese and Taiwanese, you may direct your request to Department of Trade and Industry.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Silvestre H. Bello III at electronic mail address osec@dole.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
