2. The average salary in the BPO sector

Your Request

You asked for The number of BPO workers by Region.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. The attached tables are the result of the April 2020 Labor Force Survey conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). It may be noted that the published results were only disaggregated by major industry and occupation groups. For more information, you may visit www.psa.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Silvestre H. Bello III at electronic mail address osec@dole.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
