The requester is conducting  study that is related on the weather data such as the precipitation distribution etc.
In regards with this, May I request a weather/climatic data in the Province of Quirino and Nueva Vizacaya.

Relative Humidity
Sunshine duration
Atmospheric Pressure
Wind speed and direction

I will assure that the information that you will provide will be used purely for the said study.
