I would like to request for the guidelines or criteria used when DOST or other assigned agencies validated the DRRM training manuals

Dear Erlison Lorenz Ognilla,

Good day.  

Our office received your request but we are not sure which or whose DRRM training manuals you are referring to, as there are different groups providing DRRM trainings.

In this regard may we ask you to provide some more details.  Perhaps you can tell us 1) title of the manuals, 2) who delivered the training, if you participated, or 3) how or where you got to know the manuals, if you did not participate in the training.
