Hi! I would like to request for more information regarding the  the number of RSEs per million population ratio of the country. I noticed that most of the data published is only for 2009 and 2013.  (http://pcieerd.dost.gov.ph/images/downloads/presentation_materials/pcieerd7thanniversary/s4cp.pdf) Thank you.
