AIM has been the Philippine partner of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in producing the World Competitiveness Yearbook (WCY) since 1997. 

May we request data for the following for (2019-2022):
1) Total expenditure on R&D (billions) - Gross domestic expenditure on research and development (GERD) 
2) Business R&D expenditure (billions)
3) Total R&D Personnel (thousands)
4) Total R&D Personnel in enterprise (thousands)
5) Researchers in R&D -  engaged in the conception or creation of new knowledge
