We at Karisma Project Management Inc., would like to request for the PAGASA data of the three (3) hourly rainfall measurement from the Science Garden Station prior to 1991. In addition to that we would like to request the one (1) hourly rainfall rate of the Ondoy event (Septemeber 26, 2009).

Please advise on how we should proceed with regards to our request.
