As a part of the curriculum of BS Architecture Program, I, Aurelio Sumeguin Jr E. a fifth year Architecture student of Batangas State University, hereby request from your good office to allow me to conduct technical research and methodologies regarding my thesis proposal “SOARING”: A Biomimetic Strategy in the Development of Sangley Point International Airport as the New Nation’s Global Gateway” as a requirement of our subject in Architectural Design 9 (ARCH 541).
