This is to request all official records, communications and other pertaining documents such as the completed staff work / case folder on the proposed disposition of the DSWD's 10-hectare property in Brgy. 178, Camarin, Caloocan City from 1980s up to present. This will be used as part of my research on the agency's advocacy in settling humanitarian issues and concern in our country.

Relatively, I also saw a request garnered by your office last 2021 with tracking no: #DSWD-551351793094.

Response to your request

Unfortunately, the information you are requesting falls under the list of Exceptions to the Right of Access to Information enumerated in the Inventory of Exceptions to Right to Access to Information issued by the Office of the President (attached as ANNEX B to the FOI Manual of the DSWD). Specifically, it falls under:
