I refer to my letter of Jan 28, 2023 09:29:34 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of 4Ps Beneficiaries and Budget Allocated.
While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we find your request incomplete. Thus, your FOI request did not meet the requisites of a valid FOI request.
