November 10, 2022 Dear Kyla Supat, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 09 November 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request 1. What are the goals/projects (per year) targeted by the DSWD for people with disabilities, from 2016 to 2022? 2. What are accomplishments achieved by the DSWD per year, related to PWDs? 3. Who's the top official in-charge of PWDs within DSWD, from 2016 to the present? 4. How much budget is allocated for PWDs per year? 5. What's the top 5 projects/goals for PWDs that had the biggest budget allocation? Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. It is the Philippines' National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) (formerly National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons or NCWDP) that may have the data you requested. NCDA is mandated to formulate policies and coordinate the activities of all agencies, whether public or private, concerning disability issues and concerns. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to NCDA by submitting a request to them via this portal. You may also contact them by telephone at (632) 9326422 or by email at council@ncda.gov.ph. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ERWIN T. TULFO at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
